The Watchers
Stand between a claim and a person about to believe it.
The flag is the product, the verdict is not theirs. A Watcher that ever outputs “true” has left the family.

Read the record back to its authors.
Every Mirror returns a reading on its maker first. An instrument that cannot see its instrument-maker is not done.
